  1. Well done for new graphical improvements, this tool is getting better and better.

I’m still waiting for some sugestions that i’ve made but, i’m sure that ui enancements will come on a future version!

    thanks guys!!

  2. I downloaded mysql-workbench-gpl-5.2.32-win32-noinstall.zip. But the program won´t start by MySQLWorkbench.exe.

    System: WinXP SP3
    5.2.31 worked without any problems.

  3. @Flávio,

I agree, the new graphical interface looks very nice! When I read about updates to the Tab Interface and Query Formatter, I thought surely two issues I had brought up would have been addressed, but unfortunately that is not yet the case. (http://bugs.mysql.com/60253 and http://bugs.mysql.com/60254). Only a matter of time 😉

One thing I noticed in 5.2.32 is that the context menu has changed when right-clicking a table. It is now much smaller, and no longer can you quickly access SQL generation for SELECT/UPDATE/INSERT, as well as Copying column names to clipboard, etc. Has this been pulled, or simply relocated? It was one of the features I probably used the most…

  4. Dear MySQL!

This version of WorkBench keeps quitting unexpectedly on Mac OS X. I think the previous version I had was more stable than this. Shame!

  5. I’ve started using the new version and I get corrupt files.

“Error unserializing GRT data, type mismatch: expected object of type db.mysql.ForeignKey, but got workbench.physical.Connection”

Tried to restore to an earlier version of the document but all version stored with the new version is corrupt.

    Anyone else experienced this?

  6. It looks much nicer, but expanding the table tree to see what is in the DB now takes much longer than it did with 5.2.31

  7. Hi,

where can I download this 5.2.32 version (or another older version)?

I’ve problems with 5.2.33b version with Windows 2003 (..”Exception Info: System.DllNotFoundException”).

    Thanks,
    AM

  8. It is so irritating to find that there is just no link available to download
    5.2.32 a
